(Another) Diabetes Program Success Story

Meet Manuel (pictured above). When he first presented to clinic he weighed 107 pounds and had a blood glucose of over 400mg/dL.
Upon entry into our Diabetes Program a few months ago his Hemoglobin A1C was 14.4 (more than double the goal A1C of 7, with an average estimated blood glucose of a whopping 367!).
At his clinic visit last week, he weighed 134lbs (essentially back to his baseline bodyweight) and his Hemoglobin A1C was 6.5. Manuel now feels much better and his longterm health outlook is dramatically improved.
