Your $30 gift will provide one household with a point-of-use water filter and continuous access to clean drinking water.
ONE YEAR OF DAILY NUTRITION INCREMENTS
Your $75 gift will provide daily nutritional supplementation for one year for a child suffering from chronic malnutrition.
DIABETES PROGRAM
Your gift will sponsor one patient in our Diabetes Program for one year.
Patients in the program have monthly clinic visits with a physician and our diabetic educator (certified by the International Diabetes Foundation). They receive ongoing education regarding diabetes as well as frequent laboratory testing and provision of all of their medications.
MED SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP
Your gift will help cover the costs associated with our current N. BARRETT SELF MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP recipient's medical training.
